Dr. Tonni Kurniawan, an expert in water technology with extensive professional experience in teaching, and research holds a Master of Science (2003) and a Doctor of Philosophy (2008) in Applied Biology and Chemical Technology from Thammasat University (Thailand) and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with scholarships provided by the Government of Japan and Hong Kong, respectively.
