The Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) organized an industrial visit to STARLET (SHOES) Pvt ltd on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022.
STARLET (SHOES) Pvt ltd is the largest footwear industry exporter and still among the top 4 exporters of Pakistan’s footwear industry. Presently the company is exporting shoes to Gulf and the European countries in limited quantities. STARLET (SHOES) Pvt ltd located at Sarai Feroz Walla, Sheikhupura, and Punjab.
The visit commenced with a presentation by Muhammad Omar Saleem CEO & Director of Starlet (Pvt) Ltd., which focused on the company’s introduction, its growth rate, and overall performance status.
During the visit, Muhammad Omar Saleem arranged a detailed survey of the complete plant. He provided information regarding each step taking place at the shoe-making and packaging assembly plant.
