I am Wet Lab turned Computational Biologist and working on utilizing Public Datasets and using different machine learning models to screen important biomarkers. I completed my PhD in Biochemistry from University of the Punjab, Lahore where I got the opportunity to explore the genetics of Rheumatoid Arthritis and producing 4 International Peer Reviewed Articles published in High Impact Journals. I also worked as a Guest Researcher at DTU Compute at Technical University of Denmark for 6 months where I learned analyzing High-Throughput Sequencing data.
I am currently involved in Cancer Genetics and working in collaboration with leading Cancer Research Institutions both nationally and Internationally and looking to forward to increase my network of collaborators.
