As a part of University of Management and Technology (UMT) family, I enjoyed working as a resource person, batch advisor, a researcher and a team member. Being a resource person, I taught more than 35 courses with more than 20 different courses at under-graduate (UG) and post-graduate (PG) levels with an overall student feedback of approx. 85%. As a batch advisor, I mentored more than 300 students throughout their UG or PG degrees and as a researcher, I published 3 book chapters with Elsevier and Springer, 38 peer-reviewed articles with a total impact factor of 150 and 1200 citations. Furthermore, I mentored 27 MS thesis and 06 BS thesis as research advisor, 03 MS and 01 BS thesis as co-supervisor and 12 MS/M Phil thesis as external examiner.
My research interests are in Virology, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Agriculture and Bioinformatics.
