Dr. Javaria Akram is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Management and Technology, Lahore. She is an applied mathematician with experience in teaching and research in fluid mechanics and computational modeling. She earned her PhD in Applied Mathematics from NUST as an HEC Indigenous Scholar, focusing on peristaltic and electro-osmotic transport in complex geometries. She also holds an MPhil in Applied Mathematics from Quaid-i-Azam University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Sargodha. Her work spans nanofluid dynamics, heat transfer, Newtonian and non-Newtonian flows, hybrid numerical methods, and microfluidic transport. She has published more than 40 research articles in reputable international journals. She has taught courses including Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Numerical Methods, and Linear Algebra at several universities in Pakistan. She has supervised one MS student.
