Industrial visit to Lahore Electric Power Grid Station
Saturday, May 27, 2023The Department of Physics successfully conducted an official industrial tour visit to Electric Power 132KV Grid Station located at DHA-1, Phase 5 & 6 on Saturday, 27th May 2023. The officials provided tour to physics faculty and 6th, 7th & 8th semester undergraduate physics students around the Power station. The student’s interaction with the power team officials resulted the beneficial as the students learned closely about the process of electric power generation and distribution. The Chairperson of the Physics Department and the physics faculty are extremely grateful and thankful to the officials of the Power Grid Station in taking out invaluable time to provide the tour and educating the physics team especially students about the electrical power production.
