Introduction

Understanding of Chemistry is significant and substantial in today’s era of constant scientific discovery which is shaped by revolutionary new technologies. The chemical sciences are essential to overcome the global problems of today’s world which covers all the branches of Chemistry. Conferences in Chemistry provide a platform for researchers to share their findings and ideas in all the fields of Chemistry. Simultaneously, they also provide a podium for researchers and chemical companies to discover the latest techniques for their future research.
Department of Chemistry, Office of Research Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) University of Management & Technology (UMT) Lahore, and the Chemical Society of Pakistan (CSP) are collectively organizing a 3-day international chemistry conference entitled “30 th National & 18 th International Chemistry Conference on Recent Trends in Chemistry- CCUMT-2019” on November 27-29, 2019 at Department of Chemistry, University of Management & Technology (UMT), C-II Johar Town, Lahore – Pakistan.
CCUMT-2019 will serve as a foundation for the origin of new ideas pertaining to novel possibilities in the fields such as: development/synthesis of new therapeutic molecules, development/synthesis of new materials or alloys to be used in mining or infrastructure, development of new methodologies for conducting chemical reactions, or identification of new materials having novel properties etc. The major priority of this Conference is to allow scientists, scholars, and practitioners for networking; to exchange new ideas and applications; to experience face to face discussions, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. This conference will help in exploring all the worldwide research and development in the field of chemistry.
